Marsh Moments
A column from The Marsh Foundation

The Marsh Foundation held its annual Christmas Celebration on December 21. The day began with piano recitals, as each student takes weekly piano lessons from Marsh Music Director Audrey McClure. The students then put on “Scrooge”, a musical production that illustrates the real meaning of Christmas. After a ten minute video of highlights from the 2007-2008 school year, everyone headed for the cafeteria for a delicious meal prepared by the Marsh Kitchen Staff.
This year’s honored guests were the Lincolnview High School Ambassadors, led by Guidance Counselor Brenda Leeth. The Ambassadors are 18 students from Lincolnview that represent the school at various public gatherings. According to Principal Roger Salisbury, “we at Marsh were very appreciative of the fact that the Ambassadors took time away from their busy school day to support our students. It was an honor having them in our building.”
