MOENTER
    Otmer “Ott” Moenter, 93, of Delphos, died at 2:35 p.m. Thursday, April 24, 2008, at Vancrest Health Care Center in Delphos.

    He was born May 7, 1914, in Allen County, the son of the late Henry and Anna (Lindeman) Moenter. On July 6, 1940, her married Catherine (Berelsman) Moenter, who preceded him in death on January 16, 1982.
    Survivors include two daughters, Judy (Nick) Wilson of Delphos and Janice (Robert) Clark of Grove City; a sister, Lillian Von Lehmden of Fort Jennings; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
    A brother, Richard Moenter, and one sister, Dorothy Schimmoeller, also preceded him in death.
    A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday, April 28, at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Delphos, with Father George Maramkandom officiating. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery in Delphos.
    Visitation is from 2-8 p.m. Sunday, April 27, at Harter and Schier Funeral Home in Delphos, where a parish wake will be held at 7:30 that evening.
