HALLER

Joyce Haller, 76, of Van Wert, died at 2 p.m. Tuesday, February 2, 2010, at Vancrest Health Care Center in Van Wert.

She was born November 8, 1933, in Camden, Mich., the daughter of Nellie (Butler) Crow, who survives in Camden, and the late Robert Crow. She married John Haller, who survives in Van Wert.

In addition to her mother and husband, survivors include three sons, Jody Gene Haller of Ohio City, Joel Dean Haller of Camden, Mich., and Johnny Robert Haller of Van Wert; a daughter, June Christy Fisher of Solsberry, Ind.; one brother, James Crow of Camden; six grandchildren, Minola Gene Haller, Shawn Haller, Lorie Ann Haller-Williamson, Clara Haller, Jeremy Allen Burnette and Jason Orion Burnette; six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, February 5, at Brickner Funeral Home in Van Wert, with the Rev. Tim Burden officiating. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery in Van Wert.

The family will receive friends from 2-6 p.m. Thursday, February 4, at the funeral home.

MUNTZINGER

Jerald Lee “Jerry” Muntzinger, 84, of Fort Wayne, Ind., died at 10:35 a.m. Tuesday, February 2, 2010, at Canterbury Nursing Home in Fort Wayne.

He was born January 12, 1926, in Harrison Township, Van Wert County, the foster son of the late Stephen and Martha (Friedly) Muntzinger. On December 31, 1952, he married Juanita E. Muntzinger, who survives in Fort Wayne.

Other survivors include a son, Donald (Karen) Muntzinger of Reynoldsburg; three daughters, Debra (Todd) Rigelman and Dianne Muntzinger, both of Fort Wayne, and Denise (David) Sauders of New Haven, Ind.; and five grandchildren.

Two brothers and three sisters preceded him in death.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, February 5, at Redeemer Lutheran Church in rural Van Wert County, with Pastor Mike Saylor officiating. Burial will be in Redeemer Lutheran Cemetery in Harrison Township.

The family will receive friends from 9-11 a.m. Friday at the church.

WARNECKE

Barry Warnecke, 64, of Delphos, died Tuesday, February 2, 2010, at his residence.

He was born January 11, 1946, in Toledo, the son of Helen (Kent) Warnecke-Slight, who survives in Deshler, and the late Fred Warnecke.

Other survivors include two daughters, Melissa (Shannon) Wagoner and Nicole (Joe) Dray, both of Delphos; a half-brother, Frank (Rene) Camper of Ione, Calif.; three grandchildren; and a special friend, Sharon Miller of Delphos.

Funeral services will be conducted at 7 p.m. Friday, February 5, at Harter and Schier Funeral Home in Delphos, with military rites performed by the Delphos Veterans Council. Burial will be held at a later date.

The family will receive friends from 2-7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
