Death notice for Anthony Rocco Grascia.
GRASCIA
Anthony Rocco Grascia, 75, of Rockford and formerly of
Hastings-On-Hudson and Yonkers, N.Y., died on Saturday, January 12, 2008, at the
Laurels of Shane Hill in Rockford from complications related to a longtime
illness.
He was born December 3, 1932, in Hobbs Ferry, N.Y., to the
late Pasquale and Angela (Battista) Grascia. Survivors include a son, Tim
(Megan) Fokine of Rockford; a brother, Ernest and Madeline Grascia of
Hastings-On-Hudson, N.Y.; five grandchildren; and five nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday,
January 18, at St. Matthews Church in Hastings.
Visitation is from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday, January 16, and from
2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday, January 17, at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home in
Rockford.
