SUEVER
    Janet L. Suever, 74, of Delphos, died at 9:40 a.m. Wednesday, March 19, 2008, at St. Rita’s Medical Center in Lima.
    She was born April 27, 1933, in Delphos, the daughter of the late John and Millie (Ralston) Coon.
    Survivors include three sons, Mike (Lisa) Suever, Rick Suever and Matt (Teri) Suever, all of Delphos; two daughters, Sharon (Ben) Norbeck and Millie Siefker, both of Delphos; 12 grandchildren; and four great-granddaughters.
    A daughter, Ellen Suever, and one sister, Helen Martin, also preceded her in death.
    Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 22, at Harter and Schier Funeral Home in Delphos, with the Rev. Gale Gebhart officiating. Burial will be in St. John’s Catholic Cemetery in Delphos.
    Visitation is from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday, March 21, at the funeral home.

GORMAN
    Mary Jean Gorman, 78, of Van Wert, died at 2:54 a.m. Wednesday, March 19, 2008, at Van Wert County Hospital in Van Wert.
    She was born May 2, 1929, in Van Wert, the daughter of the late Glen and Goldie (Bell) Finkhousen. On January 8, 1949, she married Morris R. Gorman, who survives in Van Wert.
    Mrs. Gorman was a homemaker and had been active as a 4-H club advisor. She loved to bowl, fish, sew, garden and travel. She loved photography and was an avid picture taker. She also had a great love of the outdoors. She was a member of St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church in Van Wert.
    In addition to her husband, survivors include seven children, Diana (Steven) Pollock, Randy Gorman, Shelly (Chuck) Eberle, Teresa (Kurt) Schalois, and Shawn (Michelle) Gorman, all of Van Wert, Kathy McDonough of Port Clinton and Todd Gorman of Annecy, France;
four sisters, Virginia (Charles) Moysey of Plain City, and Ruth Ellen (Ralph) Gillespie, Barbara (Dean) Tomlinson and Patricia (Tim) Rolsten, all of Van Wert; 25 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
    A son, Bruce Gorman; one daughter, Sandra Kay Gorman; a brother, Donald Finkhousen; and one granddaughter, Cassandra McDonough, also preceded her in death.
    A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 25, at St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church in Van Wert, with Father Mike Zacharias officiating. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery in Van Wert.
    Visitation is from 2-8 p.m. Monday, March 24, at Brickner Funeral Home in Van Wert, with a Parish Rosary will be recited at 8 that evening.

KREISCHER
    Grace E. Shock Kreischer, 93, died Wednesday, March 19, 2008, at Vancrest Health Care Center in Delphos.
    She was born October 23, 1914, in Van Wert County, the daughter of the late Charles and Gertrude (Clark) Wise. On September 29, 1934, she married Charles “Bus” Kreischer, who died in 1984.
    Survivors include a son, Richard (Diane) Shock of Powell; a stepdaughter, Roxanna (Bill) Kreider of Fremont; six grandchildren; three stepgrandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and seven stepgreat-grandchildren.
    A daughter, Margie L. Clark; four brothers; two sisters; and a son-in-law, also preceded her in death.
    Funeral services will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, March 22, at Cowan & Son Funeral Home in Van Wert, with the Rev. Will Haggis officiating. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery in Van Wert.
    Visitation is an hour prior to services Saturday at the funeral home.
