MARTIN
    Joseph F. Martin, 76, of Delphos, died at 8:25 a.m. Saturday, March 29, 2008, at St. Rita’s Medical Center in Lima.
    He was born December 22, 1931, in Delphos, the son of the late James and Millie (Wholtman) Martin. On August 18, 1951, he married Mary F. (Riley) Martin, who survives in Delphos.
    Other survivors include a son, Jeffrey (Jeanne) Martin of Delphos; three daughters, Sharon (Bill) Smith and Debra (Robert) Crider, both of Delphos, and Donna (Robert) Eickholt of Ottoville; seven grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
    Four brothers, Henry, Howard, Richard, and Jim Martin; four sisters, Gladys Lucas, Ethel Feathers, Esther Hoover and Jane Whitaker; a grandson; and one great-grandson, also preceded him in death.
    Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 1, at Harter and Schier Funeral Home in Delphos, with the Rev. Terry Martin officiating. Burial will be in Walnut Grove Cemetery in Delphos.
    Visitation is from 2-8 p.m. Monday, March 31, and from noon-2 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
