Death notice for Mary Poe Timmons.

TIMMONS
    Mary Poe Timmons, 104, died Saturday, October 27, 2007, at Van Wert Manor nursing home in Van Wert.
    She was born November 25, 1902, in rural Van Wert County. On June 7, 1924, she married Donald B. Timmons, who died in 1991.
    Survivors include five sons, John P. (Marjorie) Timmons of White Plains, N.Y., Dr. Richard P. (Donna) Timmons of Sun City, Ariz., Robert B. (Juanita) Timmons of Chester, Va., Frank E. (Barbara) Timmons of Delaware (Ohio), and James D. (Anita) Timmons of St. Simons Island, Ga.; a foster son, Edward K. Eng of Tempe, Ariz.; a sister-in-law, Kay Poe; 19 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
    Two brothers, Dale Poe and George Poe Jr.; a sister, Julie Craig; and one granddaughter, Amy Louise Timmons, also preceded her in death.
    Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, November 3, at Bethel United Methodist Church in Van Wert, with Rev. Mary Ann Tomlinson officiating. Visitation is from 4-8 p.m. Friday, November 2, at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory in Van Wert and an hour prior to services Saturday at the church.
    Memorials: Ohio Wesleyan University in Delaware or Bethel United Methodist Church in Van Wert.
